• Configure the AI Block (F

OUNDATION Fieldbus)

A minimum of four parameters are required to configure the AI Block:

1. Channel - Corresponds to the desired sensor measurement

2. L_TYPE - Defines the relationship to the desired output of the AI

Block. Direct or indirect root.

3. XD_SCALE - Include 0%, 100%, and engineering units.

4. OUT_SCALE - Include 0%, 100%, and engineering units.

• Echo Tuning

Measure and Learn function automatically performs echo tuning including

threshold setting and false echoes registration. Best Practice is to execute

Measure and Learn with empty tank.
