6. Set the ControlWaveLP CPU Switch SW4-8 to the ON position. Restart the

ControlWaveLP to resume normal operation.

3.4.1 Diagnostics Using WINDIAG

All printed circuit boards except the Power Supply/Sequencer Board can be tested using the

WINDIAG program. From WINDIAG’s Main Diagnostics Menu (see Figure 3-11) the

following diagnostic tests can be performed:

CPU & Peripherals Diagnostic: Checks the CPU Board (except for RAM & PROM).

PROM/RAM Diagnostic: Checks the CPU’s RAM and PROM hardware.

Communications Diagnostic: Checks Comm. Ports 1 through 5 - The External loop-

back tests require the use of a loop-back plug.

Analog Output Diagnostic: Checks the Analog Output circuits.

Analog Input Diagnostic: Checks the Analog Input circuits.

Discrete I/O Diagnostic: Checks the DI circuits and/or the DO circuits.

High Speed Counter Diagnostic: Checks the HSC Input circuits.
